What's new
Built for speed, scale, and host control.
Every Experience now runs on a faster, more reliable AI pipeline — and the host still reviews, edits, and approves every mission before launch.

Fast at any size
A 50-mission Experience drafts in roughly the same wall-clock time as a 10-mission one — usually under 30 seconds.

Host always in control
Every AI draft is editable. Hosts review missions, rewrite anything they want, and approve before publishing — nothing goes live until they say so.

Multi-model AI with failover
Every generation tries a premium model first, then falls back to a second and third model automatically. A single provider hiccup never blocks a host.

Plan visibility built in
Hosts see their current entitlement, remaining usage, and renewal status on the dashboard. No surprise charges, no guessing which tier you're on.
Host controls
A calmer command center for live play.
Players should not need instructions from a group chat. Hosts should not need five tools open. The landing page now makes the operational value visible before signup.

AI-assisted setup
Start from theme, location, mission count, difficulty, and mission mix.

Link-first join
Players join from a browser with a QR code or short code.

Host review and approval
Every AI-drafted mission is editable. Hosts review, rewrite, and approve before anything publishes.

Private live board
Hosts see rankings while players focus on missions during play.

Final results
Download or copy final results when the host decides.

Plan visibility
Active plan, remaining Experience slots, and renewal date sit on the host dashboard.

Questions, answered
What hosts and players usually ask first.
If you don't see your question, the pricing page and Terms cover more detail.
Setup and content
How fast does the AI generate a hunt?
Under 30 seconds for most Experiences, including 50-mission hunts.
Do I have to use the AI output as-is?
No. Every generated mission is editable — hosts review, rewrite, and approve missions before publishing. Nothing goes live until the host clicks publish.
What languages are supported?
Hunts can be generated in English or Spanish today, with more languages on the roadmap.
What mission types are available?
Text answer, photo proof, GPS check-in, and multiple-choice — mixable inside a single hunt.
Can I add custom missions the AI didn't generate?
Yes. Hosts can add, delete, or reorder missions freely.
What if the AI provider is having an outage?
Generations automatically fall back to a second and third model, so a hunt still drafts.
How many missions can one Experience have?
Up to 50 on every paid plan; up to 5 on the free pilot.
Players and event day
Do players need an app?
No. Players join from a browser via QR code or short link.
What devices does it work on?
Any modern mobile or desktop browser (iOS Safari, Android Chrome, desktop Chrome / Firefox / Edge / Safari).
Is the leaderboard public?
It is host-private during play so scores stay calm; hosts publish the final standings when ready.
How are photo and GPS submissions handled?
Photos upload securely to private storage and are only visible to the host. GPS check-ins use a configurable radius so reasonable proximity counts.
What if a player has accessibility needs?
Mission text supports plain-text alternatives and hosts can mix mission types so every player has a path through the hunt.
Is there a player limit?
The free pilot supports a small test group; paid plans scale up to 50 teams or 300 individual players per Experience.
Plans, billing, and trust
How do I know which plan I'm on?
The host dashboard shows the active plan, remaining usage, and renewal date.
What's the difference between Single Experience and a subscription?
Single Experience is a one-time purchase that covers one event for 14 days; QuestOps is a monthly or annual subscription for teams running multiple events.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from the host dashboard and remain active until the end of the paid period. For Single Experience refunds, see the refund policy on the Terms page.
Where is event and player data stored?
Player and Experience data are held securely with reputable managed cloud providers. See the privacy policy for retention details and how to request a data export or deletion.
Is there support if something goes wrong during my event?
Yes. Email support is available for all paid plans, with priority response on QuestOps and Enterprise.
Pilot-ready
Make the first event feel organized before anyone scans the QR.
Start with one free live experience for up to 3 players, validate the flow, and keep production costs predictable while the product proves itself.
